About Us
Christian Cultural Center is non-profit organization, established in Sarajevo in December, 2004. Founders of the Centre are various Christian intellectuals.
Goals and focus of our activities are:
- Scholarly work and spread of the Christian culture in all forms.
- Improvement of Christian and cross-religious dialogues, tolerance and general knowledge about other religious traditions.
- Establishment of a better communication between Christian theologians, scholars and businesses, as well as between Christian youth worldwide.
- Work on better presentation of the Christianity in mass media.
- Affirmation of humanity, regulated and democratic society.
From the beginnings, center had found support and recognition of the Serbian Orthodox Church and Roman Catholic Church in Bosnia & Herzegovina. That was assurance that we are on the right track in founding and improving inter-Christian dialogue, with it’s goal set to further enhancements and rising to the higher levels. Our desire is to include other faiths of Bosnia & Herzegovina into this dialogue.
Christian Cultural Center works on:
- Organization of various forms of public reaching through: public appearances, tribunes, classes, seminars, symposiums, talks, conferences, scholarly meetings and consultations.
- Cooperation with similar centers, societies and institutions in the country and abroad.
- Publishing of the printed and electronic publications, brochures and other forms of the informative activities.
- Other forms of cultural activities such are: concerts, expositions, multimedia presentations, etc.
